End of a great year!

So it's been quite some time since we've last posted...not a whole lot of new changes to report, hence the reason for not bloggin. I did manage to come up with a few things to talk about...
  1. New house: is awesome. We couldn't love it any more. We are excited to spend many years here together creating wonderful memories with our growing family!
  2. New baby: is growing (as far as we know) healthy and strong! We are in week 27 and headed to the last trimester. Here's to continued health and no bedrest in the future (crossing my fingers this time will go smoother than last)!
  3. Miss Leah: is absorbing information like a sponge and is so fun! She has such a little personality - loves to explore and pretend play (with her new kitchen play set where she grocery shops and cooks, and likes to feed her baby), says SO MANY words (she will try to repeat almost anything you tell her - my favorite phrase of hers right now is "Daaaady, where are you?"), loves our dog JoJo (much to my dislike), hasn't "warmed-up" to playing outside in the snow just yet, still loves to read books, loves the TV show on Nick Jr. called Dino Dan (she lets us know she wants to watch it by roaring like a dinosaur at us!), feeds herself almost perfectly with practically no mess (although is still the pickiest eater alive - she still eats baby food veggies with rice cereal mixed in as her main meals - yuck), tries to count to 10, knows almost all of her animal noises (frog is pretty tricky), and loves to be around other kids (at Grandma's or at play dates). It is so fun watching her grow up and we couldn't love each and every moment with her any more!
  4. 2011: will bring a few changes for our family. First of all, Lindy will start a new job (manager of the Avera Children's Clinic) mid-January. Then in late March (hopefully) or early April, baby #2 will join our family. Here's to the end of a great year - it was a good one, and I'm sure the next will bring many great times and good memories as well!

Enjoy a few pictures from our Christmas celebrations.
