Instead of taking any sort of vacation this year, we decided to do a "Stay-cation." We had fun-filled plans for each day!
We started off on Saturday morning with a trip to Falls Park and the Farmer's Market. Here are Lindy and Leah, enjoying some special treats!

We took a walk to the falls to check those out.

Here were our purchases at the Farmer's Market. Homemade Tomato Basil Pasta, fresh green beans, fresh-baked tomato basil bread, home-grown cherry tomatoes, and ground sirloin. (Lindy thought he was buying steaks?? Not sure how you can mistake ground-up meat for a nice hunk of steak, but whatever...)

And this was the meal we created out of our purchases! We got creative with the meat and bread - this was not my intention at all of what we would make from it, but when I realized we had GROUND sirloin and not steak, well, I became inventive! We had the pasta a few nights later - it was good too!

Eating our yummy dinner outside. Check out Leah's right eye (your left, her right). Notice anything? Nope, me either.

J-Man, just hanging out. This is day 112, by the way!
